Pre-leasing is officially underway at Landmark West Loop, the newest luxury rental tower by Taylor Johnson client Related Midwest. Located at 1035 W. Van Buren, close to the Illinois Medical District and jobs throughout the West Loop, the 300-unit tower includes a mix of modern studio, convertible, one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with two- and three-bedroom penthouses. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Related community without a full suite of amenities — 12,000 square feet of them to be exact.
