Taylor Johnson client Related Midwest has unveiled the name and opening date of its 30-story luxury rental tower at 1035 W. Van Buren in Chicago’s West Loop. Scheduled to open in August 2017, Landmark West Loop will feature a mix of studio, convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with a full suite of lifestyle amenities. The 300-unit community will also offer convenient access to the University of Illinois at Chicago and Illinois Medical District, as well as jobs, nightlife and other amenities throughout the West Loop and Fulton Market. DNAinfo Chicago, Curbed, GlobeSt.com and Chicago Construction News were among the outlets that covered the name reveal.

Designed by New York-based Morris Adjmi Architects, Landmark West Loop will be the first West Loop apartment tower to deliver in 2017.
