One of Chicago’s brightest leaders in affordable housing development, Sarah Wick, a vice president for Taylor Johnson client Related Midwest, has been named to the Crain’s Chicago Business 2019 Class of 40 Under 40.  A visionary with a passion for preserving affordable housing, Wick, recognized for managing the financing, acquisition and development of 3,800 affordable residences throughout Chicago and the Midwest, is currently spearheading Related Midwest’s rehabilitation and revitalization of Lathrop, working closely on the project with partners Bickerdike Redevelopment and Heartland Housing. The multi-year, multi-phase Lathrop redevelopment is bringing a mixed-use, mixed-income community with market rate, affordable and subsidized residences — along with a revitalized park and riverwalk — to Chicago’s North Side.
