FitzGerald is the architect of record for the complete conversion of an existing 13-story office building into The Millennium at LaSalle — a 216-unit luxury apartment tower in the heart of Chicago’s Loop. The building was originally built in 1902 as the National Life Building and most recently known as Barrister Hall.
