Taylor Johnson client Red Seal Homes, an award-winning, third-generation family builder, recently hosted a community picnic to celebrate the completed water features at Provenance,

its new development near Northbrook, Ill. Provenance features three sizable ponds and a waterfall in the center of the 44-acre community, which offers a selection of single-family homes, duplexes and townhomes. Walking paths connect the common with a series of smaller parks throughout the community, including picnic areas and a playground.
