We arranged a tour of The Scott in Old Town with reporter Sharon Stangenes and Taylor Johnson client RMK Management Corp., which oversees leasing and property management for the building, to highlight the modern amenities, spacious units and boutique-style design that helped the building surpass the 80-percent-leased milestone just three months after welcoming its first residents.
