Shopping For Retail Space In Milwaukee
Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial Real Estate has expanded its retail holdings in the Milwaukee area – this time with the acquisition of the Barnes & Noble Center in Greenfield, about 10 miles southwest of downtown Milwaukee. The center consists of two buildings: a 36,000-square-foot freestanding Barnes & Noble store, as well as a 9,029-square-foot multi-tenant retail strip. HSA has also been active in west suburban Wauwatosa, where it is currently constructing the second phase of The Mayfair Collection, which will be anchored by Whole Foods Market.
The Barnes & Noble Center marks HSA Commercial’s first acquisition in the trade area surrounding Southridge Mall.
