It was 1986 when the developer adapted the old Repogle Globe warehouse at 1415 N. Dayton into loft offices, the first of many office conversions that would follow before Structured shifted its focus to retail and residential. In a recent profile, Bisnow tells the story of how the firm boldly went where few developers dared to go when the neighborhood was riddled with crumbling warehouses and factories.
