The Clybourn Corridor has emerged as one of the hottest shopping districts in Chicago, and Taylor Johnson client Structured Development is largely responsible for the evolution of the area over the past 30 years. It was 1986 when the developer adapted the old Repogle Globe warehouse at 1415 N.
