Taylor Johnson is proud to announce it now represents 1000 South Clark, a new 469-unit luxury apartment tower in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. Now pre-leasing and slated for delivery in early 2016, the building will feature premium unit finishes and more than 43,000 square feet of five-star amenities, such as a 20,000-square-foot outdoor terrace, virtual golf simulator, indoor racquetball courts, and a resident-only bar room with customizable beer taps, just to name a few. The development is a joint venture between Chicago-based JDL Development and New York-based iStar, and is managed by The Habitat Company.
