Using an in-house call center and proprietary systems developed by Pangea‘s own technology team, the company provides a personalized, high-touch level of service that is unparalleled in the lower-middle-income neighborhoods the company serves. To date, Pangea has invested more than $250 million in the 11,000 units that comprise its current portfolio, and last year launched a third-party construction services firm, Motus Construction, that allows other developers to utilize the same resources Pangea has used to rehab its own communities. In addition to investing in individual properties, Pangea makes significant contributions to the neighborhoods that house its communities through the firm’s “Pangea Cares” program and youth foundation.
