The Habitat Company Introduces Mixed-Income TOD Along 43rd Street
Transit-oriented developments have been getting a lot of attention lately, especially since Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot announced a plan to bring more TODs to Chicago’s South and West sides. So, when Taylor Johnson client The Habitat Company told us 43 Green, its three-building, mixed-income development in Chicago’s Grand Boulevard neighborhood, was being presented to the City Council with a TOD zoning application, we took the story to veteran Chicago Sun-Times reporter Dave Roeder.
