As the coronavirus pandemic unfolded in March, the Taylor Johnson team anticipated monthly trade publications would be adjusting their editorial focus for upcoming issues to cover the impact on commercial real estate. We reached out to the editor of Heartland Real Estate Business offering insights and perspective from our clients. As a result, TJ clients were featured in both cover stories for the April issue. Englewood Construction and Marcus & Millichap weighed in for an article on how COVID-19 compares to past crises that have hit CRE. In the second story, HSA Commercial Real Estate shared its perspective on demand and development opportunities as the industrial sector responds to COVID-19, while research from Cushman & Wakefield rounded out the discussion. Read both stories in the April issue here.
