The latest rental amenity to catch the eye of the Wall Street Journal isn’t an arcade or demonstration kitchen, but a house dog – specifically Daisy the House Dog, a 9-year-old Newfoundland who lives at the ultra-luxury NEXT Apartments developed by Taylor Johnson client Fifield Realty Corp. When the paper learned developers and dog lovers Randy and Steve Fifield chose to hav e a resident house dog that would put a smile on the face of NEXT’s residents, particularly those who don’t have the time to care for a dog full-time, it couldn’t pass up the story.
