Like they say at the Oscars, it’s an honor just to be nominated, but it sure does feel better to win. Congratulations to Taylor Johnson clients Morgante Wilson Architects (MWA) and Kinzie Builders, which were both recipients of the Daily Herald Business Ledger’s 2021 Annual Awards for Business Excellence. Evanston-based MWA was honored in the small business category for the firm’s investment in its immediate community – from its contribution of beautiful residences across Chicagoland to its support of local charitable organizations providing housing and supporting quality of life – while Vernon Hills-based Kinzie was recognized in the architecture and construction category for its work on suburban apartment projects such as 444 Social in Lincolnshire, Marq on Main in Lisle and 10 N.
