For the 14^th year in a row, we tapped the experts on our client roster for real estate trends and insights that will shape the year ahead, which we crafted into a series of three news releases. First up was our residential trends forecast, in which our builder, brokerage and design clients dished on predictions for 2019. The trends cover a lot of ground — from the effect of interest rate hikes to the aesthetic appeal of statement ceilings.Other topics discussed include how designers are making kitchens more of a living space and how developers are building for the “missing middle.” The release resulted in placements in a variety of outlets, including Bisnow, Builder, Forbes.com and House Method.
