Aigentless, an AI-driven proptech startup redefining the apartment tour experience, today announced Jesus Machuca Jr. has joined the company as head of revenue. The newly created role will focus on the continued growth of the company through sales, marketing and account management.
Machuca brings more than 25 years of experience in revenue-driving roles, with a decade specifically in the multifamily industry. His background includes building and deploying new technology solutions, experience that is well aligned with the needs of Aigentless, which in less than two years grew from one property and 159 units at its launch to nearly 200 properties and 40,000 units.
“Aigentless is a true disruptor to the self-guided tour industry, combining the power of AI with the right amount of human touch, and the proof is in not only its rapid growth but also the quality of operators who have chosen it, including Cardinal Group and ZRS,” Machuca said. “The company is scaling quickly, and I am excited to lend my experience to supporting that growth and being a part of something so transformative in the multifamily industry.”
Bella Campise, co-founder and CEO of Aigentless, also noted how Machuca’s unique background in a broad spectrum of revenue-related roles with an emphasis on multifamily situates him well for leading revenue during this phase in the company’s growth. “We’re scaling very quickly thanks to the success our clients are having with Aigentless self-guided tours and are in an ideal position to add someone to the team like Jesus who brings a track record of revenue generation and operational excellence across multifamily and technology,” she said.
With integrations across RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, Zillow and ButterflyMX, Aigentless has experienced exponential growth in the multifamily and build-to-rent sectors. Its mobile app allows prospective residents to tour communities in person at any time, without the need for a leasing agent. AI integration answers questions, personalizes the experience in real-time and guides users through the next steps. Nearly 80% of applications originate from same-day walkthroughs, underscoring the platform’s ability to drive fast conversions. Communities using Aigentless see average tour-to-application conversion rates of about 25%, compared to 5-10% with traditional self-guided tours (SGTs).
Built to address gaps in current SGT offerings, Aigentless tours are customized for every property and include enhanced wayfinding, videos representing the lifestyle at the property and real-time interaction with the platform’s GenAI-powered assistant, Leasa. Insights enable responsiveness to prospect needs and preferences, such as emphasizing certain unit features or amenities, or suggesting alternative units within the property or the owner’s portfolio. In-house success managers apply the human touch by monitoring chats and conducting personalized follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.

About Aigentless:
Founded in late 2024, Aigentless was launched by the father-daughter team of Bella Campise, who conceived of the idea based on her own apartment hunting experiences and left Northwestern University to launch it, and Frank Campise, an industry veteran and co-founder of development firm JAB Real Estate who brings the expertise of an operator, to address both consumer and operator pain points by completely reimaging self-guided, in-person apartment tours. Aigentless fills the gaps of self-guided tours that already existed in the market through curation, personalization, engagement and data-driven insights, ultimately resulting in faster and increased conversions.

Jesus Machuca Jr. has joined Aigentless as head of revenue. Machuca brings more than 25 years of experience in revenue-driving roles, with a decade specifically in the multifamily industry.
