Ascend Real Estate Group today announced the start of sales at Estates of Montefiori, a community of 35 custom single-family homes and 52 luxury townhomes on the grounds of the former Montefiori banquet facility in Lemont, Ill. A temporary sales center is currently open at 14160 McCarthy Road in Derby Plaza, approximately 2 miles southwest of the property.
