Baird & Warner Launches Game-Changing Buyside Tech Platform for Chicagoland Homeowners

Baird & Warner, Illinois’ largest family-owned independent real estate services company, today announced the Chicago-area launch of Buyside, a new consumer-focused data analysis platform that feeds search data from major real estate sites such as Zillow, Trulia and more into one central location.

Buyside integrates with Baird & Warner’s data portal so its 2,400 broker associates across 28 Chicagoland offices can provide sellers with a wide range of detailed data on buyer preferences for their neighborhood and surrounding area. Data available through the Buyside algorithm from all Baird & Warner listings will be combined with search activity from major search portals to form a more complete picture of the demand for any property. Consumers can search today on to find:

  • Up to three real-time home value estimates.
  • All Baird & Warner listings, including “Coming Soon” listings.
  • Buyer heat maps to gauge market demand for a seller’s home.
  • Recent buying activity, including how many buyers are searching in a similar price range in the area.
  • Number of property showings in the area.
  • Supply-side trends to help price a home with the help of an agent, including homes sold per quarter in ZIP code, and median sale price and homes sold in the current quarter.
