Chicago-based Belgravia Group, Ltd. begins construction this week on its latest condominium development, CA6 West Loop, located at 305-323 S. Racine Ave. in Chicago. The 72-unit, seven-story building, which is expected to deliver its first homes in summer 2022, is already nearly 45% sold.
