Belgravia Group Unveils New Models, Welcomes First Move-Ins at Triangle Square Condominiums in Chicago’s East Bucktown NeighborhoodDecember 10, 2021
Chicago-based Belgravia Group, Ltd. announced it has unveiled two decorated models at its 72-unit condominium building at Triangle Square, a mixed-use development at 1701 W. Webster Ave. in Chicago’s East Bucktown neighborhood. The first new-construction condominium property built in the area since the adjacent North Branch Corridor was rezoned for mixed-use in 2017, Triangle Square Condominiums began welcoming first move-ins at the end of September.
“Belgravia has a long history of introducing buyers to new neighborhoods, and we’re now at the most exciting part of that process at Triangle Square with our first residents moving in and bringing even more energy to an area that has so much potential for growth,” said David Goldman, co-CEO at Belgravia Group. “Already you can see the transformation Triangle Square has sparked in East Bucktown, which speaks volumes about the confidence buyers have for the future of this neighborhood.”
Located between Chicago’s established Lincoln Park and Bucktown neighborhoods, Triangle Square offers buyers a ground-floor opportunity to purchase a home in East Bucktown, one of the city’s fastest-growing neighborhoods. Homes range from $612,000 for a two-bedroom-plus-office condo, $742,000 for a three-bedroom residence and $927,000 for homes with three bedrooms plus an office. Belgravia’s model homes include Residence 8, a three-bedroom floor plan, and Residence 9, a three-bedroom home with an office.
“Our decorated models showcase not only our thoughtful layouts, which incorporate the kind of spaces you find in single-family homes, but also striking only-in-Chicago views such as an up-close look of the historic Deering Bridge spanning the Chicago River,” said Liz Brooks, executive vice president of sales at Belgravia Group. “Buyers who gravitate toward the feel of city neighborhoods with authentic industrial roots, like East Bucktown, will feel at home in these residences that combine an aesthetic inspired by the building’s urban surroundings with the gracious floor plans and quality construction Belgravia is known for.”
Residences at Triangle Square combine open living space with the thoughtful placement of bedrooms for privacy. Expansive windows and 9-foot, 6-inch ceiling heights allow for ample natural light and exceptional views of Chicago’s skyline. Kitchens include large islands, quartz countertops, integrated Bosch appliances, contemporary cabinets and pantries. Each residence has a private balcony, with some units featuring large outdoor terraces. The building’s largest floor plans include home offices, spacious laundry areas and mudrooms, and secondary entrances in select plans.
“The models demonstrate the flexibility these layouts offer buyers who, more than ever before, are looking for homes that suit their specific needs as well as showcase their personal style,” said Brooks. “For example, in the Residence 8 model, the Belgravia design team, which works with all buyers to personalize their new homes, staged the third bedroom as an office given the increased importance of dedicated spaces for remote work or studying. The built-in banquet in the dining area, accented with textural wallpaper and an artistic overhead light fixture, suggests options for maximizing that space as well as creating a visual centerpiece for the room.”
Building amenities will serve as an extension of residents’ private homes and include a rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen and entertaining space, fitness center, dog-washing station, secure package room, storage lockers and bicycle parking.
Triangle Square offers convenient access to multiple recreational venues like Holstein Park and the 606 Trail, as well as popular retailers and restaurants along Damen and Webster avenues. The Clybourn Metra station is two blocks away, and Interstate 90 connects residents to downtown Chicago and the suburbs. The development is located in the Level 1+-rated Chicago Public School Pulaski International School district.
“Triangle Square offers buyers a move-in-ready experience where they can begin enjoying all the area has to offer, including easy access to two of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods, Lincoln Park and Bucktown,” said Brooks. “With Mariano’s right around the corner and the Clybourn and Webster intersection just a short walk across the bridge over the North Branch of the Chicago River, residents can reach numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options within 15 minutes or less by foot.”
The brick, steel and glass facade of the Sullivan Goulette & Wilson-designed building references the neighborhood’s industrial past, which is anchored by the Deering Bridge that dates back to 1916. In addition to the 72 condominiums by Belgravia Group, Triangle Square includes a 300-unit apartment building by LMC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Miami-based Lennar Corp. A third Triangle Square building offering retail is planned for a future date.
Prospective buyers can tour the model homes Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or by appointment. For more information, visit trianglesquarechicago.com or call (312) 561-5222 to schedule.
