CHICAGO (June 14, 2018) – Earlier this month, F&F Realty Ltd. and Fifield Realty Corp. celebrated the topping off for 727 West Madison, a new 45-story, 492-unit luxury rental tower in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. At just under 500 feet, the elliptical-shaped glass high-rise, designed by FitzGerald Associates Architects with Lendlease as general contractor, will be the tallest building west of the Kennedy Expressway upon its completion.

The topping-off event at 727 West Madison celebrated the construction milestone by honoring the many tradesmen and tradeswomen who have worked on the project since early last year. F&F and Fifield provided a lunch from Wishbone Catering and Lendlease organized a raffle with prizes donated from various subcontractors. Event speakers included Friedman; Randy Fifield, chairwoman of Fifield Realty Corp.; Steve Fifield, chairman of Fifield Companies; 27^th Ward Alderman Walter Burnett; and Armando Chacon, president of the West Central Association Chamber of Commerce, who acknowledged 727 West Madison’s economic contribution to the neighborhood’s Halsted Corridor along with F&F’s financial support of community organizations.

With pre-leasing scheduled to begin this September and first move-ins anticipated in November, 727 West Madison will offer studio, convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, ranging from approximately 500 to 1,550-plus square feet. Adjacent to the building at its ground level will be 10,000 square feet of retail space. Bozzuto will manage the property.

Evanston, Ill.-based Morgante Wilson Architects designed the building’s interiors, including all its residences, lobby, residential corridors, leasing office and seventh-floor amenity space. West Loop-based Studio K designed the 45^th-floor “Sky Lounge,” and model units decorated by Brianne Bishop Design and Michael Richman Interiors will be on display by late summer.

Individual units will be appointed with plank flooring; oversized windows with views of downtown and Lake Michigan; kitchens with quartz countertops, flat-paneled cabinets, high-end stainless-steel appliances, single-bowl undermount sinks and Grohe Concetto faucets; and bathrooms with quartz countertops, frameless glass shower doors, and porcelain tile walls and flooring. Select units will feature walk-in closets in the master bedroom and double-bowl vanities in the master bathroom.

Building amenities include a large sun terrace with pool, spa, cabanas and grilling stations, and intimate seating areas showcasing porticos for dining and lounging.
