It might have been pouring outside, but it was nothing but festive the evening of May 25, as people celebrated the grand opening of Phase II at Luxe on Madison, a new luxury apartment building of 102 units at 1222 West Madison Street in Chicago’s West Loop. Joining in the fun was Luxe on Madison developer Chicago-based Fifield Cos. as well as building residents and community partners, all of whom gathered in the building’s community room to enjoy refreshments and live entertainment.

Completed this spring, Luxe on Madison Phase II improvements included adding 44 new units, a 76 percent increase in the building’s apartment stock; a roof deck with dog run; street level landscaping; and additional attached, covered semi-heated parking spaces. Residences feature 10’ ceilings, oversized windows, plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, large private patios or balconies and master bedroom walk-in closets in select units. In addition to the new roof deck and added parking, building amenities include a resident lounge, screening room, computer lab, conference room with presentation screen, fitness center, package room and Wi-Fi in common areas.

Luxe on Madison is in proximity to the premier restaurants and nightlife on Randolph, Fulton and Madison streets, city parks, grocers and the CTA’s Green, Pink and Blue train lines and the #20 Madison bus. It also features more than 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, which houses Pinot’s Palette, Pure Dental Spa and Talay Chicago.

Rents at Luxe on Madison range from $1,690 to $3,355 for studios up to three-bedroom units. For leasing information, visit luxeonmadison.com or call (312)-226-9201.
