Hiring positions firm for continued significant growth

 Interra Realty, a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment services firm, today announced it has hired Sam Polisner as an associate. In this role, Polisner will help Interra build on its significant growth, including an increase to $485 million in transactions executed in 2022.

At Interra, Polisner will work under co-founders and Managing Principals David Goss and Jon Morgan, with a focus on market analysis, asset valuation and business development.

“Sam brings a real hunger for real estate and market analysis, which will be invaluable to our clients seeking sound investment counsel,” said Goss. “With leadership and relationship-building skills beyond his years, he’s in a great position to grow professionally – and contribute to Interra’s continued growth.”

Prior to joining Interra, Polisner served as division office manager at Vector Marketing, community manager with Breinfuel and held an internship with Finetica in Tel Aviv, Israel.

A licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Polisner graduated from Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business with degrees in finance and real estate.
