CHICAGO (May 8, 2018) — Homebuyers will have until the clock strikes midnight to take advantage of special deals and savings at M/I Homes’ 20 Chicago-area communities during the builder’s annual “Midnight Madness” sale on Saturday, May 19. Sales centers will be open from noon to midnight, and prospective buyers can take advantage of a variety of special offers* that will be revealed during the promotion and valid only for this 12-hour period.
“There’s an element of anticipation and surprise that always makes our Midnight Madness promotion a fun way to celebrate the spring homebuying season,” said Curt VanHyfte, area president of M/I Homes. “Buyers are even more motivated to visit our communities knowing they will find out about extra promotions and savings when they arrive. And while we wait until the day of the sale to announce most of the special Midnight Madness deals, we do want to let buyers know in advance that M/I Homes will be paying various amounts of closing costs for qualifying buyers when they use M/I Financial, a subsidiary of M/I Homes that offers financial services and mortgage programs. During the Midnight Madness sale, buyers are invited to tour M/I Homes communities and learn which special deals and promotions are being offered at each one, including having their closing costs covered. Additionally, complimentary pizza and refreshments will be served at all sales centers at approximately 6:30 pm. The Midnight Madness sale will include all of M/I Homes’ active townhome and single-family home communities in the Chicago market.
