With M/I Homes quickly approaching the 50-percent-sold milestone at Bergman Pointe, a community of 81 single-family homes in Hoffman Estates, Ill., the builder has just released a new offering of premium home sites. Buyers can now choose from several oversized lots as well as select sites overlooking open space at the center of the community.
