NAI Hiffman, the Midwest’s leading independent commercial real estate firm, today announced that Zynga, Inc., a global leader in interactive entertainment, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 14,000 square feet of office space at Cumberland Centre, located at 5440 N. Cumberland in Chicago. The relocation marks an expansion for Zynga from its previous 12,448-square-foot space in a nearby single-story office complex.
Cumberland Centre, a three-story office building situated in the heart of the O’Hare submarket, has recently undergone significant renovations to cater to the evolving needs of today’s workforce. The property boasts a highly energized lobby area featuring modernized lighting, comfortable seating areas and unique pop-culture decor, creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for tenants.
