B&W recruited the real estate agent and seasoned renovation specialist from Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.
Baird & Warner, Illinois’ largest family-owned independent real estate services company, today announced it has recruited Nick Curran to join the firm’s Lincoln Park office in Chicago. Curran joins Baird & Warner from Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, where he had served as an agent since 2018.
Prior to his time at Jameson, Curran was a project specialist in the construction and development fields and oversaw the rehabilitation of more than 20 properties in Chicagoland, including his own residence in Lincoln Park.

A Chicago native, Curran graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a B.A. in journalism and has gained decades of experience in real estate brokerage, investment and rehabilitation. In his free time, Curran enjoys spending time with family, especially his sons Justin and Charlie.
