Parkline Chicago Announces Starbucks As Building’s First Retail TenantJune 25, 2021
Chicago-based developer Moceri + Roszak announced today that Starbucks Corporation has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor of the developer’s newest building, Parkline Chicago, in Chicago’s Loop. Located at the corner of Randolph Street and Wabash Avenue, the recently opened Parkline Chicago tower features 190 apartments and 24 condominiums, along with 6,400 square feet of retail space.

Starbucks is the largest specialty coffee retailer in the world with over 32,000 locations and annual revenues of $23.5 billion. It has signed as Parkline Chicago’s first retail tenant and will open its Parkline location in September. In addition to an indoor café, this Starbucks will offer outdoor seating along Wabash Avenue.
Parkline Chicago apartments, which opened earlier this spring, are already more than 75% leased and offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with monthly rents ranging from $1,910 to $3,725. The tower’s condominium residences, located on the building’s top 5 floors, are priced from $1.5 million. With only 4 condominiums per floor, each sky-level home is a corner unit with expansive views and features three or four bedrooms, 3½ baths, a family room, living room, dining room and an outdoor terrace 9-feet by 24-feet or larger. One two-story penthouse residence with an additional 1,000-square-foot terrace is available.
All Parkline Chicago residents have access to best-in-class indoor and outdoor amenities on the 4th and 18th floors, with condo-owners receiving exclusive access to an additional amenity level on the 19th floor.
Parkline Chicago’s location at Randolph Street and Wabash Avenue puts residents in the heart of Chicago’s culture and recreation, just one block from the 24.5-acre Millennium Park and near The Art Institute of Chicago and other museums.
