CHICAGO (May 16, 2018) — Spoke Apartments, the 363-unit high-end rental tower at 728 N. Morgan St. located near the Milwaukee Corridor in Chicago’s River West neighborhood, celebrated its grand opening on May 10. More than 450 guests attended, and the evening included a visit from Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who toured the building and its more than 1 acre of indoor and outdoor amenities.
During the grand opening remarks, developer Morgan Bond Company, a joint venture of Chicago-based Bond Companies and Morgan Holdings of La Jolla, Calif., presented a donation to the Chicago Academy for the Arts, a neighborhood performing arts school. Students from the school performed for guests as they arrived at the event.
Spoke features studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, a two-bedroom penthouse apartment and three street-level townhomes. Building amenities offer residents the opportunity to engage in a wide range of hobbies and interests, from two fully-stocked party rooms with kitchens for culinary enthusiasts to a performance lounge and private jamming room – complete with instruments – for musicians. Spoke also includes various fitness options, including a cycling studio with Peloton bikes, and extensive outdoor amenities for residents and their pets.
