Chicago-based Belgravia Group, Ltd. has unveiled two new floor plan options at its luxury condominium development, Renelle on the River. Optimally located on the river at 403 N. Wabash, just a ½ block west of the Wrigley Building, the 18-story boutique building of 51 residences boasts stunning views of the Chicago River and surrounding architectural landmarks. Construction is slated to begin in summer 2017 with delivery scheduled for winter 2018. The building is currently 25 percent sold.

Both new plans provide buyers with three bedrooms, but the layouts are distinctly different.
