Taylor Johnson client Waterton has entered the Washington, D.C., hospitality market, recently closing on a 356-key hotel that has been rebranded as The Madison, a Hilton Hotel.

Located just a half-mile north of the White House, the hotel, formerly known as the Loews Madison, offers guests 12,000 square feet of meeting space, a business center, two lobby bars, a coffee shop and a fitness center.
