Waterton Buys Apartment Community In West Miami
Capitalizing on the growth of Miami-Dade County, Taylor Johnson client Waterton recently announced the acquisition of Soleste West Gables Phase II,
a 221-unit Class A rental community located in West Miami, Fla. Waterton has since rebranded the property and an adjacent community it also owns as District West Gables, significantly increasing the amount of amenity space available to residents. Having publicized Waterton’s acquisition of the first phase in 2016, we knew the firm’s acquisition of phase two was sure to make headlines. Waterton has acquired a 221-unit rental community at 2001 Ludlam Road in West Miami, Fla. Together with an adjacent community also owned by Waterton, it will be known as District West Gables.
