Waterton Closes $920 Million Multifamily Investment Fund
Build, build, build has been the storyline playing out in apartment markets across the country. Now, Taylor Johnson client Waterton is looking to buy, buy, buy after closing its largest multifamily investment fund to date,with $920 million in equity commitments. The Chicago-based firm plans to invest a total of $2.5 billion, including debt, over the next two years, capitalizing on cycle-specific opportunities in major U.S. markets.
