Workers Back In The Offices? Experts Predict Permanent Change To Suburban Cubicle Culture
Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day – those unofficial markings of the start, middle and end of summer – have also become key dates in many return-to-office plans. TJ lined up interviews with executives from clients NAI Hiffman and Ryan Companies, who shared a number of observations on their own company’s policies as well as those of clients. NAI Hiffman also provided the results of an employee survey, which found that 84% of its team members would prefer to be back in the office three or more days per week.
