Workers Back In The Offices? Experts Predict Permanent Change To Suburban Cubicle Culture

May 24, 2021

Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day – those unofficial markings of the start, middle and end of summer – have also become key dates in many return-to-office plans. Shortly after the CDC changed its guidelines, the Daily Herald reached out to Taylor Johnson to find companies with a strong suburban presence that could discuss their return plans. TJ lined up interviews with executives from clients NAI Hiffman and Ryan Companies, who shared a number of observations on their own company’s policies as well as those of clients. NAI Hiffman also provided the results of an employee survey, which found that 84% of its team members would prefer to be back in the office three or more days per week. For more insights from the firms, read the full Daily Herald story here.

NAI Hiffman and Ryan Companies recently spoke with the Daily Herald about how suburban companies, including their own, are preparing to welcome employees back to the office.
