Not only is Taylor Johnson client Optima, Inc. expanding its Chicago-area portfolio with two new luxury apartment communities, but the firm also recently announced it will self-manage all of its Chicagoland properties. Long serving as property manager for its Arizona apartments, Optima just started managing its Optima Signature luxury rental community in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. Additionally, the firm will head property management at Optima Lakeview when it opens in spring 2022, and at its new Class A rental in downtown Wilmette, Ill. that is set to deliver in 2023.
