Andrew Kiener Joins Kinzie Real Estate Group’s Brokerage Division
Andrew Kiener, a 20-year real estate veteran, has joined Taylor Johnson client Kinzie Real Estate Group as director of project sales.
Kiener will join Steven Maher, a partner and Kinzie’s managing broker, and Christine Lutz, who joined Kinzie as its director of residential brokerage in early 2014. Kiener previously worked with Maher and Lutz at Garrison Partners. “Because of their past experience together at Garrison Partners, there is a synergy to their professional relationship. They have enjoyed a lot of success together, and it’s not an overstatement to call them one of Chicago’s real estate A-Teams,” said Steve Spinell, president of Kinzie Real Estate Group.
