BKV Group Takes On The Challenges To Preserve Kansas City’s Midwest Hotel

Imagine being asked to salvage a century-old structure that was so dilapidated and overrun by urban wildlife that you couldn’t go in it, and then design a new building that would physically and aesthetically embrace it. This is exactly the challenge developer City Club Apartments brought to Taylor Johnson client BKV Group, which succeeded in revitalizing and incorporating the historic Midwest Hotel into the new City Club Apartments Crossroads Kansas City, which opened at the end of 2020.
