Habitat’s Ogden Commons Welcomes First Commercial Tenants

Each phase of Ogden Commons, the largest mixed-use Opportunity Zone project in Chicago, brings the North Lawndale community closer to reality, so we’re eager to spotlight its milestones for developer and Taylor Johnson client The Habitat Company. Last month, the TJ team shared news of the most recent achievement at the 10-acre development: presentation of keys to Wintrust Bank, Sinai Health System and Momentum Coffee –– the first commercial tenants at 2650 W.
