Chicago’s Six Corners – the intersection of Irving Park Boulevard and Cicero and Milwaukee avenues in Portage Park – is one of the city’s earliest commercial hubs and a point of neighborhood pride. Given its rich history, we consider it an honor to keep everyone apprised of Taylor Johnson client Ryan Companies US, Inc.’s development milestones for Clarendale Six Corners, a 10-story mixed-use building that will bring 258 senior residences and high-demand street-level retail to the notable intersection. The new-construction senior living community topped off last month and will feature boutique amenities, hospitality-level service and a range of support care for seniors when it opens in fall 2022. We shared news of the topping-off with media, earning coverage in Block Club Chicago, Chicago Business Journal, Chicago Construction News, Connect CRE, Multi-Housing News, REjournals and Seniors Housing Business.
