We connected the reporter with Tim Kramer, vice president and director of operations, management services, for Taylor Johnson client Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, who recommended that firms should update preparedness plans annually and consult outside experts – including local, state and federal agencies – when they need to resolve questions or confirm best practices. At Adriatica Senior Living near Dallas, the Draper and Kramer property management team had to quickly respond to issues ranging from loss of power and water to flooding from broken pipes when a harsh winter storm hit the area earlier this year.
