McHugh Construction’s Eye For Cost Savings Helps Mixed-Income Bronzeville Project Become A Reality

So, when McHugh and Brown & Momen, Inc., began constructing 508 Pershing at Oakwood Shores, a 53-unit mixed-use, mixed-income rental community in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood, team TJ quickly spread the word.
