Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial Real Estate has long helped industrial users strengthen and diversify their supply chains, which increasingly include facilities in southeast Wisconsin and central Indiana, where HSA recently broke ground on three speculative warehouses totaling 855,748 square feet. Scheduled for completion in late 2021, the latest phase of Gateway Business Park in Plainfield, Ind., will be a 278,148-square-foot warehouse near the Indianapolis International Airport. HSA also sees plenty of runway in Cudahy, Wis., where it is building a 130,600-square-foot warehouse just east of General Mitchell International Airport, with delivery expected next June. HSA’s third and largest new project is a 447,000-square-foot warehouse at its Bristol Highlands Commerce Center development in Bristol, Wis., that will wrap up construction in early 2022.
