Longtime Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial Real Estate continues to be bullish about the industrial market, with work on the next phase of its Bristol Highlands Commerce Center development in Bristol, Wis., scheduled to start this spring. The milestone comes after the firm secured a new 472,000-square-foot lease with Visual Pak Cos., a Waukegan, Ill.-based firm that provides packaging and other services for food, personal care, automotive and healthcare brands. Building on the momentum, HSA is accelerating its plans for a third warehouse at Bristol, adding to its pipeline of 2.5 million square feet of industrial space planned or under construction in the region.
