This spring, as the pandemic began to subside, vaccination rates increased and companies started making plans for a return to office, apartments in downtown Chicago began leasing up at a high velocity and reporting a near full recovery. When we noticed this trend among our luxury rental clients, we reached out to Bisnow Chicago, which agreed on the timeliness of the story.
