Taylor Johnson President Emily Johnson is a member of ULI’s planning committee for this renowned event, where leaders from every sector of the real estate industry come together to hear insights on topics ranging from capital markets and infrastructure investment to social equity and sustainability. The Fall Meeting also features tours of some of Chicago’s newest, most transformative developments.

TJ is proud to share that four of our clients’ exceptional projects will be featured as part of this year’s event. A walking tour includes stops at both Navy Pier, where James McHugh Construction Company recently completed the landmark’s first hotel, as well as Lakeshore East, where client Lendlease and Magellan Development Group are putting the finishing touches on residential towers Cirrus and Cascade, which border a new public green space known as Cascade Park. Separately, Parkside Realty will discuss its new office building, Fulton East, as part of a panel discussion on how biophilic design and health tech will influence the future of office design; participants can also register for a walking tour of the Fulton Market District to see Fulton East up close and hear about the transformation of Chicago’s former meatpacking district into a dynamic work/live/play neighborhood. And The Habitat Company will lead a panel discussion on equitable transit-oriented development (eTOD).
